Tempe, Ariz. has always been a welcoming destination for LGBT travelers. We are very proud that
in 2014 The City of Tempe earned a perfect score of 100 by the 2014 Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s annual Municipal Equality Index (MEI ).

Same Sex Marriage is Legal in Arizona
Now you can marry who you love in Arizona. As of October 17, 2014, same sex couples can
legally marry in the state of Arizona. We couldn’t more proud of this decision. Visit our

Tempe’s New Collegiate Inspired Hotel
With it stylish retro décor and collegiate touches, Tempe’s newest hotel, Graduate Tempe
will remind you of those glorious college years. The hotel is located across the street from
Arizona State University and is within a short walk to both the ASU Gammage and Mill
Avenue stops and shops. The 140-room boutique hotel also features two must-try eateries:

Ring in 2015 at Tempe’s Circle K New Year’s Eve Block Party on Mill Avenue on December 31.
From 6 p.m.-1a.m. the action will include interactive games and activities, local bands and champagne and beer gardens, and spectacular fireworks and confetti blast at 10 p.m. & midnight.
Families can bring their young kids to the Family Fun zone until 10:30 p.m.

Stick around–enjoy our great weather and gritty gridiron action at the Cactus Bowl,
January 2, 2015 at Sun Devil Stadium. The game will be an exciting matchup between the
Washington Huskies and the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m. MST.
